Post construction

Continue to negotiate and agree (to the limit of the authority granted) with contractors for
variations to the contract.

Prepare and present the final account.

Assess and report on the financial aspects of claims by contractors.

Assist the Client and the project manager to reach agreement on the financial aspects of claims
with contractors.

Assist the project manager in evaluation of claims for extension of time submitted by the
contractors.

Assist in settlement of disputes and differences which may arise between the Client and the
contractors.
